February 21, 2012 -- Web hosting control panel developer cPanel announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary Hostbed has acquired web hosting provider Siteocity.com. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. According to the announcement, the acquisition will provide cPanel with a direct platform for real-world testing of its products.
