February 22, 2012 -- Security as a service cloud provider Alert Logic announced on Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of web application security solutions developer Armorlogic. Alert Logic says with this acquisition it will combine the blocking capabilities of Armorlogic Profense WAF with its security-as-a-service model.
