Yahoo Web Hosting Is A No Go for Beginners

Yahoo Web Hosting is one of the worst things I have have spent money on in awhile. I only spent less than $24 so far and still feel this way. They self-proclaim that Yahoo Web Hosting is for beginners. I am a beginner for sure when it comes to building a web site and I have not found it to be for me. If I had the decision to make again I would have looked for a more beginner friendly web host for sure.
